Business Casual provides small businesses with scaffolding for real-talk. They help owners navigate the sticky, human parts of work that are hard to wrap one's head around: giving feedback and navigating conflict. With the creatives at Butter, a brand and website re-design is created that speaks to the company's friendly approachability with a bespoke design system that speaks to the caliber of the offerings they provide to their clients.
