An archive of 100 surfaces, Twice Lived was created by placing a strip of tape onto a surface—whether that be a school wall, a takeout box, or a kiwi skin—then peeling it off. The series challenges its audience to slow down and more closely observe the mundane objects that create our everyday environment. The texture-imprinted tape was then added to an artist book. Twice Lived is organized by spreads.
